NACD-NJ to present “Looking Towards 2015 Proxy Season”

New Jersey —December 30, 2014 — NACD New Jersey Chapter has announced the topic of its January 15 chapter breakfast meeting titled “Looking Towards 2015 Proxy Season.” This program, which will be held in Iselin, NJ, will discuss current developments in corporate governance, including say on pay, shareholder activism, and trends in board-shareholder communications. 

An expert panel, including  Sharyn Bilenker, Vice President of Corporate Affairs at Broadridge Financial Solutions;  Stuart R. Levine, Chairman and CEO of Stuart Levine & Associates LLC; and Frank Gatti a board member of numerous public, private and tax-exempt companies will discuss what Directors should be thinking about, and how regulatory changes may impact corporate governance for 2015.
