NACD New Jersey Chapter to discuss Private Company Board Governance

New Jersey —February 27, 2014 — NACD New Jersey Chapter has announced the topic of its March chapter meeting titled “Private Company Boards: Good Governance without Government!”   This breakfast program, which will be held at the Stony Hill Inn, Hackensack, NJ, will discuss the value of good corporate governance to private companies, including family owned businesses.  Questions the panel will address relate to structure of a board, what investors look for, the mission critical components of a governance program, and stakeholder communication and issues.
