Luzita Kennedy CA,CPA, CA(SA) is a certified Chartered Accountant, both in South Africa and in Canada. Luzita spent 7 years managing the family’s financial operations. From there, she spent 2 years as a volunteer in Mozambique prior to returning to school to become a Chartered Accountant. Fast forward a couple of years, Luzita became a Partner in KPMG's Advisory Practice in Toronto in which
she was the Real Estate Advisory Leader. With over 17 years of public accounting experience, she provided advisory services to multi-national insurance companies, REITs, real estate development companies, and financial institutions. In 2017, Luzita became an Owner and Managing Partner of PulvermacherKennedy & Associates (PKA), a 46-year old firm that is a known leader in succession planning, strategic enterprise transformation, and executive development at the individual and team levels. PKA has offices in Boca Raton and Toronto and has associate consultants located in Florida, New York, and Ottawa, Canada.
